Delivery and return

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Due to the nature of the product, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or offer returns on custom orders. We only offer replacements.

NOT PERSONALIZED ITEMS

If you need to return a product, you can email our team at contact@pjulan.com stating your name and order number and the reason why you wish to return it.

Our customer service will ask you some mandatory questions about your return to avoid abuse.


You can return a product up to 30 days from the delivery date. The returned product must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt. Refunds will be made on receipt of the returned goods in the original form of payment.

If you wish to make an exchange we will accept this provided you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. In this case, you will be credited with an amount equal to the amount spent upon arrival or we will make the change for you.

Refunds can take 3 to 7 business days to process and may take longer depending on your financial institution.

*Returns are free within the UK only.

*If you choose to return the items, the shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

*All products are guaranteed for 30 days.

How does the delivery work?

We work closely with the artisans who make our products. There are no middlemen, which is why we can offer you such low prices on a wide selection of our products and free delivery on your orders.

The average delivery time is 5-10 working days from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.

Your order will be processed by our team within a maximum of 48 hours (72 hours on working days).

* Please note that due to the current high demand and social distancing requirements in the workplace, it is taking a little longer than usual for our distribution center to ship orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you have not received the email, please provide us with your order number via the contact page.

Don't worry if you don't see any updates in the first few days: the tracking system sometimes takes a day or more to update.

If the order does not arrive within 12 working days, please contact us to arrange the courier.
